Summary
The public site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. It uses browser storage to remember your language and privacy choice. First-party analytics are optional and run only after you allow them.
Necessary storage
survive-link-language remembers whether you choose English or Spanish. survive-link-privacy-consent remembers whether you allow or reject analytics. These values help the site respect your choices and work as expected.
Optional analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” the site may send our server the viewed path, referrer, a random session identifier, and basic events such as page views, expansions, and clicks. The server checks the connection IP against a local MaxMind GeoLite2 database to estimate country and retains only the two-letter country code; it does not store the IP. The estimate may be inaccurate and is not a precise location. The public website has no open-ended Survive AI chat and does not send AI questions to analytics. You can reject or withdraw this choice at any time.
Admin session cookie
The private admin dashboard uses survive_link_admin, a short-lived HttpOnly and SameSite cookie to maintain an administrator session. It is not issued to public visitors and is not used for advertising.
External services
When you open an app store, hardware store, map provider, AI provider, or other external link, that third party may use its own cookies or technologies. Review that service’s policy; we do not control its practices.
How to change your choice
Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to reopen this control and choose “Necessary only” or “Allow analytics.” You can also clear this site’s storage in your browser, although that will reset your preferences.
