Local account and data

Your data.
Your choice.

The optional Profile account and Survive Link personal data are device-local. Follow these steps to delete them.

01

Delete from the app

In Survive Link, open Profile and choose “Delete local account and personal data.” Review the confirmation and confirm deletion. This action happens on the device; there is no server request to submit.

02

What is erased

The action erases the optional device-local account and Survive Link personal data stored on that device: your profile and any medical information you saved, contacts, plans, checklists and inventory, saved routes and pins, chats and history and Survive AI memory, Mesh signing keys, and message history stored on the phone. Messages or data already shared with other devices are not erased from those devices.

03

What remains

Bundled app content (including guides), downloaded maps, and a downloaded AI model remain on the device. Your language preference and the operating system’s notification permission also remain.

04

If you no longer have the device

Survive Link has no remote account to erase. If you have the device, uninstalling the app or clearing its data in system settings erases the app’s local data. If the phone is lost or unavailable, there is no remote request that can erase its data.

05

Mesh limits

Deleting data on your phone cannot recall or erase message copies already delivered or relayed to other Mesh devices. Those copies remain under the control of the devices that received them.
